YOUTH LEAGUE
All teams are responsible for knowing all policies of the One Stop Indoor SoccerPlex -Teams will not be exempt from the rules because they did not know house policies. A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your team's league spot. Full payment is due at or prior to the deadlines indicated above. Payment received after this date is subject to a $50 late fee. Leagues are filled on a first come, first serve basis. Acceptable forms of payment are check, cash, Visa or MasterCard.
In order to participate in any youth league, proof of age must be available at every game. If a roster check is requested and an acceptable ID is not presented then your game will be forfeited. Coaches are responsible for the behavior of their parents and their players.

- SATURDAYS (7:00a.m - 5:00p.m)
- SUNDAY 7AM - 5PM

Required Paperwork
- Youth Roster Form PDF ( ALL teams must submit this form )
- Youth Waiver Form PDF ( ALL players must submit this form. All forms must be originals, no fax or scanned copies )
- Proof of Age ( ALL players must submit Proof of Age. Can be a copy of a birth certificate, Passport or MSYSA or US Club Soccer playing card ).
Submitting Paperwork
- SESSION 1 & 2: All paperwork must be submitted prior to the start of the league (Monday - Wednesday - Thursday from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm). There will be a registration night, which teams may turn in all required paperwork. This date and time will be determined at a later date. (This is for all teams who have already submitted their team’s application along with payment and have received an acceptance email.)
- During this time, teams should bring the team roster and waivers and proof of age for all players.
